I absolutely loved the retreat in Careyes that you gifted us with. It was life changing and one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I had no idea the retreat would be filled with so much joy, fun, deep inner growth, reflection, friendship, beauty and love. Magic happens when we are open to receiving it as you said it would and it certainly happened in Careyes.
I am truly a changed women and feel a sense of contentment and peace as I get back into my life here at home. You've given us so much to reflect on, as well as, tools to help us find the true meaning of happiness and a good life. I realize how much what we think and feel can impact others and the world around us.
You are such an extraordinary women and I truly appreciate all the effort, energy, hard work, knowledge, and spirit you bring to the yoga classes and retreats you work so hard on. What an amazing present as you continuously inspire, challenge, teach, coach & motivate us to be our true and better selves. I especially love the themes and words you interweave as we move in and out of our poses. From the beginning to the end of class you are a beacon of light and love for us all and you help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
I had no idea the retreat and Careyes would be anywhere near what it was. The absolutely delicious, healthy and fresh food that we all got to eat as we deepened our friendship with each other around the fabulous round table, three times a day. How wonderful to eat, laugh, (laugh some more) & talk looking at the gorgeous sparking ocean, infinity pool, stunning landscape and pristine grounds.
I travel quite often and expect good food & service. This was by far the best ever! Not only was the staff professional and cordial, but they were so warm and friendly. They went over and above what was expected.
It was such a delight to go back to our beautiful rooms and see our bed turned back with flowers and greens spread across it. Anything we needed was done for us. It was incredible how we never had to ask for anything as they always knew what we needed and wanted.
Going out on the boat was so much fun. I loved the show the dolphins put on for us and watching the enormous whales as they came up for a breath. What a blast and memory to go to the private home and
beach where they catered another mouth watering and fresh lunch on the ocean. Wow!!
I am so excited and happy to say that I made lifelong friends and I can't wait for us to be together again. I look forward to us continuing on the journey we all started in Careyes and thank you Laura from the bottom of my heart for all you did for us and continue to do to make this world a better place.
I've already spoke to some of my friends and I would love to sign up for next year!
